Terms of Service

By accessing or using the digital engineering services provided by Wraft, you agree to be bound by these operational Terms of Service. If you disagree with any part of these protocols, you may not access our services.

01 // Services & Deliverables

We engineer custom web applications and provide expedited "Website in a Day" services. The specific scope, timeline, and deliverables for your project will be strictly outlined in a separate Statement of Work (SOW) or project agreement.

02 // Client Responsibilities

To ensure successful and timely deployment, clients must provide all necessary assets (copy, branding, credentials) securely and promptly.

03 // Payment Architecture

• Custom Projects: Require a 50% deposit before engineering operations begin.
• Website in a Day: Requires full payment upfront to reserve your block.
• Refunds: All deposits are non-refundable once work has officially commenced.

04 // Intellectual Property (IP)

Upon receipt of full final payment, all intellectual property rights for the custom code and design are fully transferred to you.
